Booking & Confirmation
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A confirmation number will be provided upon successful reservation completion.
Reservations are held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival unless guaranteed for late arrival. For arrivals after 6:00 PM, please contact the hotel directly.
Please present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Rooms
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 1 night charge
- No-show: Full stay charge
Suites & Premium Rooms
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
- Cancellations within 48 hours: 2 nights charge
- No-show: Full stay charge

Payment Policy
